Job Description:

Pink AI is a new mental health startup focused on building an AI bot that can assist individuals with mental health counseling in the forms of general support and guidance. We are recruiting for a Data Researcher position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to gather insights directly from the target audience.

Design and administer surveys, interviews, or case studies to collect qualitative and quantitative data about our audience's common mental health needs, preferences, and challenges.

Work with our CTO to analyze and integrate market research findings into the development and refinement of the mental health bot, ensuring it aligns with the specific needs and concerns of the target market.

Identify relevant datasets and sources and work with handing it off to our development team.

Collaborate with our internal teams (development, product, market etc) to align research efforts with company goals and target market needs.

Requirements:

Familiarity with working with data sets.

Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
